Reservations can be made by writing, fax, or by Phone or e-mail
Check - in: 03:00 p.m. Check - out: 01:00 p.m.
All reservation must include: Guest Name and Passport number which will be checked when the guest do check - in
Reservations will automatically be delete after 06:00 p.m. if not guarranteed. To guarrantee your reservation the suite(s) amount must be deposited "Cash" in our checking account No. 010501201120083087 in Banco Mercantil, on the name of OPERASUITE, SRL. or throug a credit card voucher.
The guarranteed reservation could only be dismissed by writing, 48 hours in avance. A writing comunication must be sent to the front desk department.
Once you arrived at the hotel you must open a Credit Card voucher or leave a deposit in order to cover extra expenses, in a case you do not have any, deposit or the Voucher will be given back to you.
